INSIGHT: The word 'La'asok' means to engage, or to immerse oneself. It comes from the Hebrew root which means 'busy.' So the blessing is about 'busying' ourselves with the stuy of Torah. Rabbi Goldstein, of Kolel is fond of saying, that since la'asok sounds like 'soak' we can understand the bracha as 'soaking' up the words of Torah.
