Central Conference of American Rabbis (CCAR)

Chamets (or Hamets, Hametz, etc.)
The stuff you're traditionally not supposed to eat on Passover. The exact definition is a bit complicated and disputed, but basically, it includes anything made with a fermentable grain (or maybe just the "five grains: wheat, oats, rye, barley, spelt) with which particular cautions were not taken to make sure that it did not ferment before baking.
Choshen
The Hebrew word for the breastplate worn by Aaron, the High Priest. It contained 12 gems representing the tribes.
Chumash (also Humash)
From the Hebrew word for five, Hamesh. Humash is the Hebrew word for the five volumes of the Torah: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.

Biblical Priests, descendants of Aaron.
